Returns And Exchanges


We want you to love your Posh Products, and we want you to tell everyone where you got them!

While Posh prides itself in the fact that every single piece of clothing is hand-inspected before it leaves Posh Headquarters, we are all human, and mistakes can be made.

When you receive your products, leave your tags on, but PLEASE try them on! If your item is found to have a factory defect, we offer a 30 day exchange policy for defects only, on unworn merchandise.

Please note: Posh moves a lot of products on a regular basis, we may not have the same item available to exchange.  If we cannot offer the same item, we will offer a store credit for you to select a new item.

If your items show up and you don't love the pattern or don't like the fit, we will exchange for a new item within 7 days of purchase.  Please leave your tags on!

Any SALE or CLEARANCE merchandise is a FInal Sale.

Any merchandise that has been worn or laundered, is considered a FINAL SALE. 

Please Note:  Shipment costs on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the person returning the item.
